We may also use vetted specialist partners to help deliver our services. These partners are already bound by their own contractual and legal confidentiality obligations, and we only share the minimum information they need to do the work.

Because we serve clients globally, your information may be processed in countries outside of Tanzania depending on the tools and service providers used. Where cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as contractual protections and access controls).

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Client project data is typically retained for 3 years after the conclusion of a project. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
